PPD work flexibly with our all of our clients enabling the client to decide the level of support required for each project - perhaps dependant on existing management availability.
These services include assisting the client in formulating their objectives, co-ordinating and monitoring the performance of the project team, drawing up project and construction programmes, being the focal point of communications, advising on and implementing contractual arrangements, preparing tender documentation, monitoring site progress and costs and ultimately arranging for the smooth hand over of the completed project to the client.
